I really enjoyed the friendliness and accommodation from the staff. The breakfast was good - a lot more "Western" options would have been good. The description of the beach available was off. I was expecting a proper beach where we could lounge and have kids play in the sand. This was not the case.

The facilities in water sports are quite nice. Staffs are friendly too.

Breakfast was great. Excellent food choices. The only recommendation on food is to include fresh ripe mango fruit on the menu! The pools are awesome as well as the equipment. Snorkling grounds are fantastic! Great to have free lifevest and snorkling equipment are available for rental.

-Several pool areas for both adults and kids. -Beach was clean with white sand. We were able to see marine life thriving as we were swimming. -Breakfast buffet had variety of cuisine and cooked deliciously. -Several activities to do and or see ie aqua aerobics, banana boat, fire dance

Good for families with kids, many pools with slides and amenities. Activities zone with billiards, table tennis, and darts. Our rooms were upgraded for free. Smooth check-in and check-out Friendly staff with smiles and greetings at all times Overall, we had fun, and we will definitely be back in the future

Really enjoyed the facilities! The water slides and multiple pools were excellent! The staff were always so lovely and accomodating. The rooms were cleaned daily and linen was always replacement. The gym set up was fantastic and had a great amount of equipment. Special mention to the staff who worked in the evenings at the Galo Bar - great cocktails and great customer service.

We had a pleasant experience at J-Park resort! The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially the staff on level 12 at the bar and restaurant. The resort facilities were great and all the restaurants were exceptional. Very grateful for our stay at J-Park resort.
